World powers are trying to broker a possible compromise that would revive the 2015 nuclear accord.<\/p>\n<div class=\"picBox full\">\n<p>Iranian President Hassan Rouhani (center, wearing white headgear) came to power promising to improve ties with the West<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"group\">\n<div class=\"longText\">\n<p>Iran&#8217;s President Hassan Rouhani said Wednesday its decision to boost uranium enrichment to 60 % was a response to Israel&#8217;s &#8220;terrorism,&#8221; days after an attack on its Natanz nuclear facility.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;What you did was nuclear terrorism.
